Will takes primary responsibility for project origination and delivery. He initiates customer engagement, through to estimating and onto site. He sets the standards for performance and customer satisfaction and feeds it back into all corners of the business. Greg is responsible for all operational processes within FDS, from personnel deployment and delivery innovation. This has led to the company adopting new and improved methods and technologies that benefit its clients and operatives alike. Rona is responsible for the day-to-day management of the office as well as providing support to the Directors. She manages health and safety documentation and company policies as well as banking, invoice management and supplier liaison. Email: Rona@firstdemolition.co.uk

Stephen has over 20 years of experience in the property industry. He was previously managing director of a mortgage lending company where he oversaw the management of over £4bn loans. He has navigated two equity sales and employed over 200 people. Stephen also founded NHG to tackle the UK homelessness crisis by helping house individuals into permanent solutions. His role within FDS is to advise on scaling the business, brand enhancement and growth financing.

Eli joined FDS as a non-executive director in April 2021. His primary responsibility is ensuring full transparency throughout the business from its executive to the shareholding board. He chairs and organises monthly board meetings, back of house reporting, marketing and client introductions. He brings a wealth of corporate and property experience to the business.
