Watling Street

FDS were awarded the strip out and enabling package for the conversion of two adjoining buildings into a single commercial space. Spread across a row of six retail and leisure outlets the building had five floors. All soft finishes were removed from site leaving a shell and core finish on one side. On the other side the RC staircase abutting the previous party wall was demolished and openings made within the party wall to create level access. Works were carried out in the most restrictive of access conditions, meaning careful planning and communication with neighbours and other trades was paramount.
