Palace Green

First Demolition was awarded the strip out subcontract on this extremely prestigious project. This listed property was situated on a private street overlooking Kensington Palace Gardens and is currently the most expensive private residence ever sold in the UK.

The project broadly included wall-paper strip, removal of marble cladding, removal of bathrooms and kitchens, careful removal of dropped ceilings, formation of openings for new doors and the skimming of all wall and floor tiling.
