FDS were awarded the contract to undertake internal strip out and external modifications to a top-floor penthouse apartment in Southwark on behalf of the Managing Director of Mulalley and Co.

Much of the internal strip out debris was carried down six flights of stairs to the apartments’ car park. Operatives had to protect the staircase and their clothing so as to avoid the spreading of dust throughout common areas. The heavier waste from the external works was brought down across 2no organised crane lifts directly to waiting vehicles. Careful planning and organisation of waste was paramount in preparing for the lifts alongside other trades.
